Holiday Events - 

Host your upcoming holiday event at Chateau Chantal with a wine pairing dinner and cellar tour sure to create lasting memories.  Our hospitality room can accommodate up to sixty-nine guests for a seated dinner, & up to one hundred and eleven guests for passed hors d'oeuvres.  A thirty-day notice is required for reservations.

Corporate Meetings

Our facility offers an inspirational ambiance unlike any other in the Midwest. Our 2,000 square foot hospitality room offers views of Grand Traverse Bay and is the perfect setting for an executive retreat, planning session, or small meeting. There is flexibility to create the meeting environment you require-from casual fireside seating to formal classroom-style presentations. Our facility is equipped with hi-speed and wireless Internet, digital AV equipment, and professional and friendly staff.

We also have an executive conference room, which is perfect for smaller board retreats. Call for availability and rates.

Depending on the size of the event, a Coordination Fee and a Hospitality Room Rental Fee will be assessed. Chateau Chantal requires a 50% deposit at the time of reservation with the balance due 30-days prior to the event. If the event will be held less then 30-days from the reservation the entire amount is due upon booking.

Whether you’re looking for some great team building activities, an engaging learning experience, or a relaxing break for your group, we can arrange a multitude of exciting options. Chateau Chantal offers a wide variety of additional activities for your group. From fireside conferences, catered wine dinners, mini-wine seminars, and local winery tours, your experience can be tailored to suit both your business and social agendas.

Stay overnight: our eight suites, two standard units, and Executive Apartment each include a private bath, modern amenities, the coziness of a secluded retreat, breathtaking views, a full hot breakfast, and access to the Chateau's Great Room, two fireplaces and tasting bar. The Executive Apartment is a complete condo unit with a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, two private decks, dining area, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Beautiful and inspiring views abound from each window—including the best view in the house from the comfortable gathering area.

Small Groups

Chateau Chantal serves as an outstanding and incredibly memorable location for your group event. From family reunions, corporate getaways, holiday celebrations, or gathering of friends, your experience can be arranged to include special dinners, group events, presentations, and classroom settings in our 2,000 square foot hospitality room.

The area surrounding Chateau Chantal is full of additional activities during all four seasons. Chateau Chantal can recommend ideas and work with you to create an itinerary for your group that pleases all participants.
