Pique the interest of the Italian that resides in all of us as you travel with Chef Mark Dunham through the process of handmade pasta. Learn the individual noodle techniques and the purpose of certain sauces. Discover why certain sauces goes better with certain pasta through dishes like ravioli, tortellini, fettuccini, and spaghetti.
Cooking classes are a hands-on experience and last approximately four hours. Classes run from 12:30pm-4:30pm and include the enjoyment of your preparations, paired with our award winning wines! Be sure to bring an apron & your favorite knife!
