Learn how to filet, skin, and prepare seafood in this class for that weekend dinner party you have been wanting throw. Create dishes like Macadamia Nut Crusted Halibut, Lake Trout with beurre blanc, pesto and parmesan crusted whitefish, fish En Papillote and Grilled Salmon with dill cream sauce.
Cooking classes are a hands-on experience and last approximately four hours. Classes run from 12:30pm-4:30pm and include the enjoyment of your preparations, paired with our award winning wines! Be sure to bring an apron & your favorite knife!
