Four simple ingredients and patience can turn into one of life's most simple pleasures. Learn how to make a natural sourdough, how to make brioche dough and shape it into a braid and how to slash and stencil your loaves for a beautiful bakery style effect. Everyone will make their own loaves of bread and we will sample several variations possible from the recipes Anne will provide. If you've always wanted to bake your own bread this class is for you. 

Our cooking classes are a hands-on experience & last approximately four hours.  Classes run from 12:30pm - 4:30pm and include the enjoyment of your preparations, paired with our award winning wines!  Be sure to bring an apron & your favorite knife!
