With Chef Michael Alexander, you will learn to prepare hearty meals beloved throughout the French Countryside.  Dishes such as Soupe au vin Blanc, Tartiflette, Cassoulet, and Coq au Vin.  Paired separately or together, you will be ready to host a delicious meal that will warm any winter day.

Our cooking classes are a hands-on experience & last approximately four hours.  Classes run from 12:30pm - 4:30pm and include the enjoyment of your preparations, paired with our award winning wines!  Be sure to bring an apron & your favorite knife!
