Experience the bounty of the Mediterranean with Chef Geoff Jones. This region of the world supports a vastly diverse culture and wide range of cuisines that all center on one bountiful body of water that provides the same diversity, yielding nearly every form of seafood imaginable.
Learn to cook and savor such great classics as Spanish Paella, Bouillabaisse from the south of France, Garithe me Fetta from Greece along with Tagines from Morocco, to mention a few. A wide variety of side dishes and compliments will also be explored.

Our cooking classes are a hands-on experience & last approximately four hours. Classes run from 12:30pm - 4:30pm and include the enjoyment of your preparations, paired with our award winning wines! Be sure to bring an apron & your favorite knife!
