Learn Authentic Mexican Cuisine with techniques and ingredients as if you were in Mexico!
Learn how to transform your kitchen into Mexico for a day as you learn dishes with Chef Geoff Jones as he takes you on a journey south of the border learning dishes like camarones con sundried tomato mole, napoles en chipotle adobo, and authentic gorditas.
Our cooking classes are a hands-on experience & last approximately four hours. Classes run from 12:30pm - 4:30pm and include the enjoyment of your preparations, paired with our award winning wines! Be sure to bring an apron & your favorite knife!
