With Chef Michael Alexander, you will discover modern French cuisine that respects French traditions.  While using modern methods and placing the quality of ingredients as the most important aspect, you can create new flavor pairings that draw inspiration by taking an artful approach to plating.  Dishes such as Scallops with Roasted Bone Marrow, Turnip Puree, and Buerre Blanc; Roasted Rack of Lamb with Root Vegetable Bolognese and Harissa-Lemon Emulsion, bring about a perfect ending with Coffee Caramel Cremeux, Toasted Almond Mousse, and Bourbon Cream.

Our cooking classes are a hands-on experience & last approximately four hours.  Classes run from 12:30pm - 4:30pm and include the enjoyment of your preparations, paired with our award winning wines!  Be sure to bring an apron & your favorite knife!
