Celebrate Mardi Gras with us at Chateau Chantal!  Your evening begins with a cellar tour at 6pm followed by a 6:30pm dinner seating in our 2,000 sq ft dining room.  Limited to 36 guests, there is ample room to spread out.  Your ticket includes food, wine, tax and tip - all inclusive!  Laissez les bons temps rouler! 

Baked Oysters Rockefeller
Local Spinach, Applewood Bacon, Panko Breadcrumbs,
Gruyere and Raclette Cheese and fresh Lemon.
Tonight Sparkling Blanc de Blanc
Turtle Stew

Classic Creole stew with Copper Roux, slow simmered, Turtle meat,
aromatic Vegetables and rich cream finished with Dry Sac Sherry
Proprietor's Reserve Riesling
Wilted Spinach Salad

Local Baby Spinach, julienne Red Onions, Mandarin Oranges, Avocado
tossed in Warm Bacon Vinaigrette dressing served with a Cornbread muffin
Duck and Sausage Jambalaya 

Slow simmered Duck, and Andouille sausage, with Peppers, Onions
and Creole spices over aromatic Jasmine Rice
