Summer in Australia Wine Pairing Dinner

 

Join Chef Chris Mushall for an extraordinary look a the cuisine of Australia (where it's conveniently Summer in the Southern Hemisphere) paired with our Michigan grown wines!  The winery's Vineyard Manager hails from Adelaide, Australia and has lent his expert palate to the menu design.  Join the fun and escape the cold for an evening of delight!  Price includes food, wine, tax and tip.  Cellar tour at 6:00pm followed by dinner seating at 6:30pm.
