Are you looking for that memorable experience for your group? Are you hoping to make an impression on the group you are entertaining? Chateau Chantal has something that will be enjoyable, memorable, and leave a lasting impression on your guests with a wine dinner. Hosted by one of our witty wine educators, the wine dinner is becoming a highly informative and highly sought experience. First, your group will be invited to a tour of our cellar where a brief overview of viticulture, oenology, and winemaking will be covered. Then sit down to a 5 or 6 course gourmet meal and listen to the host discuss wine pairings with each dish. Learn the definition of terms like "bouquet", "legs", and "brix" ...terms that you have heard but never really sure what was implied. Learn which wines compliment dishes like roasted duck salad, blue lump crab stuffed grouper, or rack of lamb. The event lasts at least two hours and everyone leaves with a smile.
