Circle:
Each investor who owns the minimum amount of
Common Stock (100 shares) is a member of the Company's "Member's Circle," which entitles the investor to the
following benefits:
- 25 percent off any Chateau Chantal wine purchased at the winery.
- Access to secure areas of the Company's web site
- Special Invitation to the Company's complimentary Harvest Festival in October
The Founder's Circle is currently closed and new membership is not being added at this time.
Founder's Circle:
Founders who own 1,500 shares or more of Common Stock
from 1993 or purchasers of 1,500 or more shares during the IPO of 2002 are entitled to the following:
Refined Founder's Circle Benefits
- 30 percent off any Chateau Chantal wine purchased at the winery
- Complimentary preparation of "private labels" during holiday season (December)
- One night complimentary stay each year at the new Chateau Chantal Inn during selected Founder’s Weeks in February, or November
- Access to secure areas of the Company's web site
- Special Invitation to the Company's complimentary Harvest Festival
- Dinner with Company management at the annual shareholder meeting
Equity Alliance:
Investors who own $150,000 (9375 shares) of Common Stock will have the option
to join the Equity Alliance if the shareholder is also a landowner on Old Mission Peninsula. In addition to benefits of the
Founder’s Circle, such subscribing shareholder is invited to take an active role in the management and direction of
the affairs of the Company within the meaning of Michigan Compiled Laws Section 3451.802(b)(D)(1)(i) but shall not be required
to assume employment with the Company.
Chateau Chantal selects StockTrans, Inc. as Transfer Agent for Chateau stock.
As an increased service to shareholders, Chateau Chantal has engaged StockTrans, Inc. to act as transfer agent for Chateau stock. A transfer agent is an agent employed by a corporation to maintain shareholder records, including purchases, sales, and account balances. Harvest Festival
The first weekend of October, investors and Case
Club Members are invited to the winery for a Harvest Festival. The event
will include tours, a grape stomp, brats, beans, apples with caramel,
and more!
(Annual Shareholder Meeting – held on same date as Harvest
Festival, which is held during the first weekend in October)
