The Master Suites house a queen sized bedroom, private sitting room with queen sized pull-out sofa, refrigerator and wet-bar, walk-out terrace or balcony, and a private bath with large whirlpool tub.

The Petite Suites offer a queen sized bedroom, private sitting room with queen sized pull-out sofa, and private bath with a regular shower/tub combination.

The Lebasque Guest Room offers a queen sized bedroom, private balcony, wet-bar and refrigerator, and private bath with a large whirlpool tub.

The Pensee Guest Room features a queen sized bedroom with private bath and wonderful views of East Grand Traverse Bays and the rolling vineyards.

Our 2 bedroom/2 bath Executive Apartment is perfect for couples traveling together or families. The unit features a full kitchen, spacious living area with fireplace, two private decks, and beautiful views overlooking the vineyard and West Bay.

All rates are based on double occupancy. Full hot breakfast is included. Rates are base on double occupancy, add $25.00 per day for each guest over 3 years of age 8% sales tax is additional. Prices subject to change.

*All rates were increased on January 2nd, 2008. Reservations taken on or before June 18th, 2007 will receive the 2007 rates for their booking in 2008. After this date all rates will be honored at the 2008 rate for 2008 booking.

POLICIES

Friday and Saturday minimum on weekends. Guests planning to stay a weekend with Chateau Chantal must staya Friday and Saturday minimum.

All reservations require at least a $25.00 non-refundable deposit. The Executive Apartment requires a non-refundable $50 depoist. Any changed reservation will incur a $10.00 change fee. All changes or cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your arrival date or incur a minimum charge equal to the value of one night's stay.

Guests interested staying at our B&B during holidays should be advised that during these stays the kitchen is closed and housekeeping is minimal.

Check-in time 3pm-7pm, please phone if later. Check out - 11am.

The Chateau's interior is smoke-free. Sorry, no pets.

Normally, the season between May 15 and November 1 is booked several months in advance. Weekends are generally booked by mid-May.

Visit with us any day of the year. The tasting is free and there is no charge for the best room in the house - the one outdoors with a view of both east and west bay.
