If you are looking for a unique tasting and tour experience in Old Mission Peninsula Wine Country, then we invite you to join us this summer for a Tapas Tour. Last year’s inaugural summer of the Tapas Tours program was exceptionally popular and so we have decided to offer it again. This year the tours will be directed by our new staff member, Charise Vallone, who recently graduated from Johnson and Wales University with a degree in Culinary Arts and whose creativity and experience will be infused into the tapas menu.

A Tapas Tour is an educational experience consisting of a tour of the vineyard and cellar, followed by a tapas-style luncheon in which guests will explore wine and food pairing. We have prepared a deliciously diverse menu of small plates to pair with and compliment the flavors of our own Chantal wines.

Tours will consist of no more than 16 guests to foster a warm and personal environment, and therefore, reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance. Tours begin at 12:23 and please plan on 2-2½ hours for a Tapas Tour experience. The cost is $25 per person, to be paid at the time of the reservation, but it is refundable at least 24 hours before the event. 

Please bring an eager palate, an inquisitive mind, and a light jacket to keep you warm as we venture through the cool cellar. Each tour will be a wonderful experience, and we hope that you will join us.
