At Chateau Chantal, we value your continued support and would like to express our appreciation. This is our way of saying a huge thank you for being a part of our community.

Here’s what you can look forward to each time you make a purchase in our tasting room or from our website:

• Every dollar you spend earns you points. *

• Club members earn more points for each dollar spent (consider joining the club!).

• Spend more, earn more.  Spending more will move you up the loyalty tiers, earning you more points on each dollar spent!

• Don’t have an account yet?  Set up a new account, and we’ll reward you with 300 points to start!

• Every 100 points equals $1, which can be applied to any sale and used for all sales in the tasting room or on the website.

• Log in to your account anytime to check your points balance.

• Points may be spent as soon as they’re earned.

Loyalty Point Tiers:

• Club Tier (members of our Wine Club)- earn 4 points for every dollar spent

• Gold Tier (spend $500/year)- earn 3 points for every dollar spent

• Silver Tier (spend $230/year)- earn 2 points for every dollar spent

• Bronze Tier (all purchasers)- earn 1 point for every dollar spent

*Accounts that are used for businesses, employees, or that have large LTV-spends are not eligible for loyalty points.  Points will not be earned on B&B stays, shipping fees, or taxes.

*Point tiers reset at the end of the calendar year.

*Accrued Points do not automatically expire.
